Thank you for wanting to be a part of Rotary Lights!  We accept non-profit groups to volunteer for various tasks including set-up and take down.  If your non-profit group would like to volunteer for Rotary Lights please follow the instructions below to sign up.

Awesome! We are glad to have you back!!! Please DO NOT COMPLETE A NEW PROFILE; instead, please enter the existing profile using the email address and password on file. If you do not have this information, please reach out to your group's previous contact person. If you have tried that and you are unable to secure this information, please email our Volunteer Coordinator, Sarah Dahlke, at [email protected]. DO NOT CLICK on "Forgot Your Password?" This function is NOT in operation. You will not receive an email or reset your password no matter how many times you click the button. --- Frustrating, we know! But, we get what we pay for and our software system was donated to us.

Fantastic! We love our volunteer groups! Please complete a profile by following the directions on our website. The application is located on our website under the Volunteer tab. We would ask that the contact person for your organization complete the application for your organization so that we might consider your group for participation. Due to the timeliness of the needs for Rotary Lights, we are hoping that your contact person can complete this application by SEPTEMBER 30. Thank you for your understanding and consideration of this short timeline.
