More than 4,000,000 lights illuminate La Crosse’s Riverside Park. Among the splendor is a 140- foot Christmas tree, and animated light displays fill the park. Live Nativity presentation on weekends until Christmas. Santa is here until Christmas Eve.
Nearly 300,000 visitors per year enjoy this holiday tradition while driving, walking or taking a carriage ride through Riverside Park.
The park is open November 25, 2016 - December 31, 2016. The park opens at 5:00 p.m. daily and gates will close after the last car in line at 10:00 p.m. with the following exceptions:
Christmas Eve - 5 to 9:00 p.m.
Christmas Day - 5 to 9:00 p.m.
New Year's Eve - 5 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.

This year, 2016, we'll be celebrating our 22nd year with our Rotary Lights Display at Riverside Park.
We have a ton of events for you and the family: Our Rotary Lights Parade, Live music entertainment, Hay Rides, Carriage Rides, live reindeer, breakfast with Santa, our 5k Ugly Sweater Run and so much more. You'll find all these fun events on our Event Schedule Page.
With over 3,000,000 lights in our inventory, you can imagine the breadth and depth of this holiday display. And remember, it's FREE.
